Dr. Soltani is an accomplished industry practitioner with more than 10 years in the automotive industry and over 20 years of industrial and technical experience overall. He has led complex industrial projects with major automotive manufacturers, packaging companies, and filter manufacturers for applications across automotive, packaging, and filtration. He combines deep materials and polymer engineering expertise with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial judgment—turning complex technical challenges into practical industrial outcomes.
